Over the last 10 years, Mathieu & Associates has grown and evolved from a small, local and emerging business into a dynamic company offering diverse services in consulting, value-added reselling and program management. With this growth has come new opportunities to expand our knowledge, experience and focus on programs and activities that will allow us to serve our government and industry clients in the best way possible. Mathieu & Associates is committed to maintaining its small business service attitude and pricing, while offering the capabilities of a large business service network. Established in 2009, Mathieu & Associates, L.L.C. is a full services and solutions, value-added reseller (VAR) and consultancy focused on serving the comprehensive needs of Government and businesses in the full range of the business cycle.  From consultancy to capture, training to technology, products to performance and services to solutions, we are a full-service maritime, security, safety, training and technology company.  Mathieu & Associates holds active U.S. national security clearances and maintains a strong government relations capability.

We are a multi-discipline professional staff with extensive experience, knowledge and understanding into the multi-faceted processes of program requirements, budgeting and acquisition.  Our resources include a wide-ranging research competence and a network of subject matter experts nationwide.

Mathieu & Associates assists federal, state, and municipal procurement officers meet or exceed mandated goals per the Veterans Benefits Act (Public Laws 106-50 and 108-183) by obtaining products or services from service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) on a lowest price, technically acceptable or best value basis.

As a ‘verified’ SDVOSB by the U.S. Department of Veterans’ Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE), and recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) since 2009, Mathieu & Associates has provided full-service solutions to our government and industry clients.  Mathieu & Associates’ cornerstones are loyalty, trust, honesty and productivity; and, we maintain that with all our clients—whether governmental or commercial in long-term relationships that produce desired outcomes.

Mathieu & Associates' primary goal is to help purchasing professionals reduce total procurement cost by lowest price, technically acceptable or best-value basis while meeting the goals of the Veterans Benefits Act. It also strives to assist contractors in capturing and maximizing their opportunities in doing business with the federal government.

Above all, Mathieu & Associates is dedicated to proving itself as an asset to both the government clients it serves and its teaming partners.  Founded by Mr. Jim Mathieu, who served honorably for twenty-eight years, Mathieu & Associates is a “verified” Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern and a “certified” Value Added Reseller (VAR).  We focus on business development, solutions and services, capture with an emphasis on classified and unclassified maritime, security, safety, training and technology programs in the Federal, State and municipal business domains.
